The news about recent activities.
The South-West Region is divided into six divisions or departments: Fako, Kupe-Manenguba, Lebialem, Manyu, Meme, and Ndian.
It is a great pleasure to welcome visitors / users to our dedicated Website. At an era when communication and new information technologies play an important role in providing and guaranteeing access to information on activities of institutions, bodies, organisations etc. across the globe, this website is intended to serve as a platform to make available, general information about the office of the Public Independent Conciliator of the South-West Region: our missions or duties, our vision, or core values and our activities.
It is my hope that, this platform will provide adequate information to meet the expectations of both visitors who simply take interest in our activities, and citizens who are either potential or effective service users likely to bring complaints to our attention. We are aware that since our area of competence covers the entire region, it will not always be possible for all service users to come in person to our office situated in Buea – headquarters of the Region. To this end, we are convinced that this platform as well as our e-mail address and Post Office Box, will enable those faced with the challenge of distance from our head office, to access information and bring their preoccupations to us in real time.
