Make a Complaint

Who Can Bring A Complaint Before The Public Independent Conciliator?
Any service user who has sought the services of the Regional Assembly or City/Local Council, and has forwarded a petition of discrimination or injustice which has not been attended to.
However, the complainant:
  • Must not have taken the matter before any court of law;
  • Must have made an earlier appeal to the council concerned.
Procedure of making a complaint (offline).
By a simple petition in writing bearing the following information:
  • Full names, occupation and place of residence of the complainant;
  • The name of the accused official or service within the Regional Assembly or Council Administrations;
  • A clear statement of the facts that justify the complaint; The argument put forward;
  • Where possible, any exhibits or evidence submitted to back the petition;
  • Direct oral complaints may be admitted. In this case, minutes shall be taken down and signed by the complainant.
