OPIC and Safety Network Project to create platform of Collaboration for the Benefit of Communities

OPIC and Safety Network Project to create platform of Collaboration for the Benefit of Communities

The Office of the Public Independent Conciliator and Safety Network Project in the months ahead will be working together to sell the missions of the institution. This was the raison d’etre of the visit of Mr. Nkengfac Louis,  Coordinator of the Safety Network Project for the South-West Region, to the Public Independent Conciliator, Mme Telelen Dorothy Atabong spouse Motaze on Wednesday 01 March 2023.

During the short visit, Mr Nkengfac Louis assured the Public Independent Conciliator (PIC) of his structure’s willingness to be a platform where OPIC can sell its missions and activities. In concrete terms, the Safety Network Project during its activities in the various communities they work with, will invite the Office of the Public Independent to sell its missions to the grassroots populations.

This kind gesture by the Coordinator of the Safety Network Project South-West Region was very much appreciated by the PIC who thanked the Coordinator for creating such a window for her institution.

The Safety Network is a project put in place by the Government of Cameroon to ameliorate the living conditions of poor and vulnerable populations, while also improving behaviours related to the health, nutrition and education of beneficiaries. It targets some 40,000 households in 10 rural divisions in 5 regions of the country including the South-West Region.
