Who Can Bring A Complaint Before The Public Independent Conciliator?
Any service user who has gone to seek or needs a service either from the Regional Assembly or a City or Municipal Council but believes he/she has been treated unjustly or suffered discrimination.However, the complainant:
- Must not have taken the matter before any court of law;
- Must have made an earlier appeal to the council concerned.
