After the cutting of the ribbon, the Public Independent Conciliator Mme Telelen Dorothy spouse Motaze accompanied by the Research Officer, Mr Fonju Bernard lighted the Christmas Tree decorated with flowers, ballons, gifts and the Christmas star. This was graced with the singing of Christmas carol by the staff and the offering of gifts by the PIC to the personnel.
